1. When installing a gear pump, the stop on the mounting surface should be matched with the stop of the gear pump according to the clearance, and it should not be too tight when pushed into the stop; when the active shaft is inserted into the transmission device, there should be no force, stagnation, etc. If it is found that it is particularly laborious to push in by hand, remove the check to see if the joint meets the requirements of the fit, and whether the spline and the spline shaft are qualified in size. It is prohibited to forcibly drive the gear pump with a wooden stick, hammer, etc.

2. The four bolts on the flange surface of the front cover of the gear pump should be tightened and should not be loose. After the bolts are tightened, there should be a fit between the flange of the front cover and the mounting surface without gaps.
